At MalMal, each piece of clothing is a testament to hand printing and artisan-made craftsmanship. Our creations go beyond the realms of fashion—they are a statement, supporting artisans in the workplace, preserving ancient textile production methods, and embodying sustainability at every stitch. We follow a zero-waste design and production process and produce minimal quantities to eliminate any possibility of excess waste.
Due to their limited and unique nature, returned items (excluding sale items) are eligible for an exchange of size or store credit in the form of a MalMal Gift Card.

~ Returns are accepted within 30 days from shipment
~ Returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a MalMal Gift Card
~ Exchanges are available in a smaller or larger size
~ Sale items: no returns, store credits, or exchanges on final sale items.
~ Items must be returned in original condition - unworn, unwashed with tags attached.
~ Shipping costs and custom duties and taxes are non-refundable.
~ Return shipping is paid by the customers
~ International orders are required to arrange return postage at their own expense via their preferred shipping provider. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
~ Once you have placed your order, we are unable to make any changes. This includes cancelling or swapping any sizes or items within your order. Rest assured we do have a flexible returns policy should you receive your order and it’s not quite right for you.
~ We aim to process returns as quickly as possible, please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed once we receive the item.
~ Please note MalMal takes full responsibility for incorrectly supplied items. Should there be such an issue with your order, please email our customer service team info@malmal.com.au
