Shipping Policy

SHIPPING METHODS AND CHARGES

MalMal’s warehouse operates  Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse based in Sydney, Australia. 

We strive to process orders promptly, usually on the same day.

DOMESTIC (WITHIN AUSTRALIA)

Regular 

  • $9.95 flat rate
  • Delivery estimate: 3-6 business days from dispatch.

Express

  • $14.95 flat rate
  • Delivery estimate: 1-3 business days from dispatch.

INTERNATIONAL

Express (DHL or Australia Post)

  • $35 flat rate
  • Delivery estimate: 2-5 business days from dispatch.

Standard (DHL or Australia Post)

  • $25 flat rate
  • Delivery estimate: 5-10 business days from dispatch.

 SHIPPING DELAYS

Please be aware that shipping delays may occur beyond MalMal's control. Delays can be caused by customs clearances, holiday periods, or the remote nature of your delivery location. For time-sensitive orders, we recommend opting for express delivery where possible. MalMal is not responsible for shipping delays and cannot guarantee exact delivery dates or timeframes.

LOST PARCELS

MalMal provides tracking for all orders. However, we do not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit or those delivered with valid proof of delivery. If your parcel goes missing, you will need to file a formal complaint as the owner of the parcel with Australia Post/DHL.
